To
rent the vehicle is necessary to have and international credit card
for payment, we accept American Express, Diners Club, Master Card and
Visa.
2.
Minimun deposit is the estimated rental charges plus the 50% of the
deductible depending on the vehicle's category.
3.
Te
driver has to be 25 years of age or more, present a passport or other
valid indentification and a valid driver license. The same for
additional drivers.
4.
If
yor want to take the car out of the country, you have to pay for and
authorization letter that cost US$20.00. And is possible to take the
car to El
Salvador
and Copan Honduras at the same rate. But if you want to take to other
countries like Belice, Mexico or the rest of Central America the rate
increases in 40%, and is necesary to purchase a special insurance
policy and the price of the policy depends on the price of the
vehicle.
5.
Drop
Off: We offer as an option if you want to return the car you rent in
other of our stations in the country. In
Antigua Guatemala:
US$10.00. Quetzaltenango US$45.00. Coban US$50.00. Huehuetenango
US$55.00. And in Flores Peten US$65.00 and 50% of the rent value of
the vehicle you rent. If you want to return the car in other place is
possible too.
6.
Cancelation policy: If renter does not cancel their reservation 48
hours prior to pick up the car. We applied a charge of US$20.00.
7.
We
offer legal assitance for the driver in the case of an accident
androad assistance in case of an accident or a failure of the rent
vehicle.
8.
We
have drivers, if you dont want to drive. It cost US$25.00 daily for 10
hours, additonal hour costo US$2.50. US$5.00 per meal and US$20.00 for
acomodations.
9.
Childs
chairs available at a costo of US$1.50 per day.
